Clinical Hypnosis

Evidence-Informed. Trauma-Aware. Results-Focused.

Clinical hypnosis is a guided therapeutic process that helps the brain access deeper patterns of learning, memory, and emotional regulation. In this focused state, the analytical mind quiets, allowing the nervous system to reset patterns and to eliminate unhealthy cycles formed through stress or trauma. This process helps shift long-standing habits, symptoms, and emotional responses more efficiently than talk therapy alone. Clinical hypnosis is often integrated with evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and CBT to support lasting change.  


Hypnosis is not mind control. You remain fully aware, in control, and engaged throughout the process. We will work together to identify a treatment plan and goals that are most comfortable for you. 

What Hypnosis targets on a deeper level:

 • Trauma responses and nervous system dysregulation 

• Anxiety, panic, and stress-based symptoms 

• Performance blocks and confidence barriers 

• Habit change (including smoking or behavioral patterns)

Hypnosis Packages

Focused Change Series (3 Sessions)  

Ideal for: Targeted concerns such as habit change, performance anxiety, stress responses, or specific behavioral goals.  T

his short-term series allows the brain to begin creating new patterns while reinforcing change over multiple sessions.

Therapeutic Reset Series (5 Sessions)  

Ideal for: Anxiety, emotional eating, sleep disruption, confidence blocks, trauma clearance, or chronic stress patterns.  

Designed to support deeper nervous system regulation, reinforce adaptive responses, and increase consistency in symptom relief.
